SPEED CONTROL AND DEADMAN SWITCH
Remove the big black hatch cover and then unscrew the RH front (2) screws and nuts and also unscrew the most forward screw on the right hand side of the hatch. Save this one...it will be reused later to hold wiring.
Replace the two most forward screws with (2) 10 x 32 x 1" screws from the kit and use the two nuts removed earlier and tighten. Install the angle bracket on these to studs and using two more nuts from the kit secure the bracket--this is the mount for the controller module.
Find the large stainless steel washer in the kit and use it as a template to drill the (2) 3/8" diameter holes for the speed control on the right side and deadman switch on the left side. Install both these items and let the controller hang "GENTLY" from the wire. Install the control knob making sure to get the set screw on the flat on the blue post of the control pot.
